Psalm 119 (Gimel) Prayed C    Christ Jesus,               Do good to your servant, and I will live;               Help me obey your word.    Open my eyes that I may see               wonderful things throughout the Bible.    I am a stranger on earth;               do not hide your revelation from me.    My soul is consumed with longing               for your Scriptures at all times.    You rebuke the arrogant, who are cursed               because they scoff at the Bible.    Remove from me their scorn and contempt,               for I keep your Word.    Though governmental and media elites sit together                and slander my faith,               your servant will meditate on your decrees.    Your statutes are my delight;               they are my counsellors.
