Psalm 100 Prayed

Psalm 100 Prayed
Worshiping the Good Shepherd

     O Lord Jesus, let all the earth shout for joy to you,
             let the whole world worship you with
            gladness.
   We will come before you with joyful songs.
            We will be thankful, O Lord.
   We will worship you acceptably,
            with reverence and awe.
   For this is eternal life:
            that we may know your Father,
            the only true God,
   and you, Jesus Christ,
            whom he sent.
   We know that you are the Lord God.
            It is you who made us, and we are yours;

   We are your people, the sheep of your pasture,
            and you are the good shepherd;
   You know your sheep and your sheep know you,
             just as the Father knows you and you know
             the Father.
   You laid down your life for us, your sheep.

   We will enter your gates with thanksgiving
            and your courts with praise;
            We give thanks to you and praise your name.
   For you are good and your love endures
            forever;
            your faithfulness continues through all
            generations.
