Psalm 119 (Waw) Prayed

Psalm 119 (Waw) Prayed

F

   Faithful One,
May your unfailing love come to me,
              your salvation according to your promise;
then I will answer the one who taunts me,
for I trust in your word.
Do not snatch the word of truth from my mouth,
for I have put my hope in the gospel.
I want always to obey you, Jesus,
              for ever and ever.
I want to walk about in freedom,
so help me to seek out your precepts.
Help me to speak of your statutes before my
              government
and let me not be put to shame,
for I delight in the Bible
because I love its revelation of you.
I lift up my hands to your commands, which I love,
and I meditate on your decrees.

Psalm 119:41-48 (Waw)

41   May your unfailing love come to me, O
              LORD,
              your salvation according to your promise;
42   then I will answer the one who taunts me,
for I trust in your word.
43   Do not snatch the word of truth from my
              mouth,
for I have put my hope in your laws.
44   I will always obey your law,
              for ever and ever.
45               I will walk about in freedom,
for I have sought out your precepts.
46   I will speak of your statutes before kings
and will not be put to shame,
47   for I delight in your commands
              because I love them.
48   I lift up my hands to your commands, which I
              love,
and I meditate on your decrees.
